You should not uninstall Exchange Server 2003 because it is a great software and in production environments you don't have to uninstall this product, you usually upgrade it but on test labs and on certain times you may want to uninstall Exchange Server 2003. In this demo i'll show you how to completely remove the Exchange Server 2003 organization from your Windows Server 2003.
