Objective: The objective of this demo/tutorial is to teach you how to apply a mailbox recipient policy in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. When you create a mailbox recipient policy, or make any changes to an existing mailbox recipient policy, is it recommened that you apply the policy so that it will take effect on all member mailboxes. The Exchange Recipient Update Service will automatically replicate the policy information, but it could take some time, depending on the size and topology of your organization. Manually applying the policy is the best way to immediately enact a new or modified policy.
