Objective: The objective of this demo is to teach you how to set effective bandwidth for modem connection in ISA Server 2000. Effective bandwidth is the actual bandwidth for a particular dial-up device (for example, a modem) or total effective network bandwidth. ISA Server uses the effective bandwidth that you specify as the basis for determining actual bandwidth to be assigned to a particular connection, based on the bandwidth priority specified for the rule.
