Objective: The objective of this demo is to teach you how to disable Reliable Restart in IIS in Windows Server 2000. The Reliable Restart feature of the Windows 2000 Service Control Manager will automatically restart Internet services if the Inetinfo.exe process terminates abnormally, or if you use Windows Task Manager or Kill.exe to stop Internet services. If you want to stop Internet services from restarting, you must disable Reliable Restart.
